Research, field-tested, and validated at Virginia Commonwealth University, the set includes a packet of eight 57-question Surveys, Administration Manual, and several summary report forms. Can be used on an individual or agency-wide basis. The survey measures the preferences of individual supported employees and the manual gives program staff all the information they need to understand and administer the survey and evaluate results. Employee Satisfaction provides an opportunity for people with disabilities to have a voice in their careers. Byspotlighting preferences, it helps improve each person’s long-term career advancement. |
