People with disabilities long have been deprived of having a sense of belonging to their communities. This new resource presents a collection of ideas, tools, and techniques that have been found by the authors to be effective in their journey to community membership with people. Examples are drawn from direct experiences of community builders and people with disabilities who participated in a demonstration project funded by the US Administration on Developmental Disabilities.
